THINGS TO KNOW

We want our campsite to be somewhere 

that you can relax and be surrounded by

nature. This is why we have a no vehicle on pitches policy.  On arrival you park up in the parking area and use a wheel barrow to transport your stuff to your pitch,

maximum 100m on the level.

SHOWERS & LOOS

There are two of each and a washing up 

shed . Hot showers are 50p for 8 minutes.

THE GATE

The campsite entrance has a combination

lock that needs a code, On booking your 

pitch you will be given the code .

DONT JUST TURN UP !!

CAMPFIRES

We have a communal fire pit in the middle of the campsite - a great way to meet fellow campers! Alternatively, you can bring your own fire basket or woodburner, provided its off the ground so not to kill the grass. This goes for BBQs too.

Bags of logs are available to buy on site. 

PUB

The Rising Sun Inn is our local pub where you can sample fine ales and food 10 minutes walk up the road .

Closed on a monday.

PHONE CHARGING

We do not have wifi on site but there is a 

good 3G/4G signal and there are 2 USB 

points at the shower block for phone charging.

RECYCLING

We do not have a business waste 

collection . We are happy to recycle all 

bottles cans paper cardboard and food 

waste.

Please take your landfill rubbish home with you .

Please take broken camping equipment 

home with you.
